Welcome to m1play (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", or "you") and m1play, governing your access to and use of all products, services, features, and content available at m1play.cam and its associated subdomains.

By accessing this Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and m1play. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise expressly stated.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account by m1play.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by m1play before approving withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the m1play website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at m1play.cam.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the Player from personal payment sources, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a Player must bet a specified amount before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "We / Us / Our" refers to m1play and its operating entities.
• "You / Player / User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.

To register and maintain an active Account on m1play, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

1. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
2. You must be aged 21 years or older. m1play operates exclusively as an adult entertainment platform. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited regardless of local jurisdiction.
3. You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
5. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion request with m1play or any affiliated platform.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, officer, or director of m1play or any of its affiliates, technology providers, or marketing partners.

Each Player may register one Account only. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. m1play will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify m1play immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account. Contact our support team via live chat or by email at [email protected] (plain text — do not use as a link).

m1play accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC-20). Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, although your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction caps independently of m1play.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are not permitted and will be subject to reversal and investigation.

m1play does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified. First withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Balance or applicable bonus cash-out limits.
• Your Account must be in good standing with no pending investigations, disputes, or compliance holds.

Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. m1play reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal.

Typical processing times: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank) — 1 to 3 business hours; cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT) — 15 to 60 minutes subject to network conditions.

m1play does not impose withdrawal fees. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or payment provider.

m1play offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms which shall be published alongside each offer. In the absence of specific terms, the general provisions of this Section shall apply.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be met before any bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion description (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x).

Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum bet per spin, round, or transaction is MYR 250 to MYR 500 unless stated otherwise. Bets placed in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in bonus forfeiture.

Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino games, and virtual sports may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10%–50%). Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.

Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited. Typical validity windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit.

Abuse: m1play reserves the right to withhold bonus payments, cancel withdrawals, and suspend accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion, or any other form of exploitation of the promotional system.

All games and betting products available on m1play are supplied by certified third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. m1play does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of any game once the round has commenced.

Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent the theoretical long-term average calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session results may differ materially from stated RTP values.

In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or server error during gameplay, bets placed during the affected period may be voided at m1play's sole discretion. Any credits arising from malfunctions are not valid and will not be honoured.

For sports betting: odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. m1play reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, and to limit stakes on individual markets at its discretion. Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other event results are determined by official governing bodies — m1play will settle bets in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant authority.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m1play Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts (whether in your own name or under false identities)
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially illicit activity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other Players or exploiting software vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner designed to circumvent their intended purpose
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform or interfering with its technical infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing m1play staff or other players in any channel
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law or the laws of the user's jurisdiction

All content on the m1play Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design, user interface, software code, game assets, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of m1play or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from m1play.

The m1play name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.

m1play is committed to the protection of your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communications relating to your Account.

m1play will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC/AML service providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies solely to the extent required by law or necessary for the operation of your Account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m1play shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including — without limitation — any loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

m1play's total liability to any Player for any single claim shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. m1play makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of published odds, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Gambling Risk Disclaimer: Gambling involves financial risk. m1play does not guarantee any positive financial return from participation in any game or betting product. m1play reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, collusive, or abusive conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Legal or regulatory requirements compelling account action
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder
• Evidence that the Account holder is under the age of 21

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and pending bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Funds may be returned after deduction of any amounts owed to m1play, subject to applicable AML checks.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds will cause those funds to be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned via your registered withdrawal method.

m1play reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

We encourage all Players to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their current rights and obligations.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction.

m1play does not represent or warrant that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is the sole responsibility of the Player, and m1play expressly disclaims liability in such cases.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through m1play's internal complaints procedure may be referred to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution mechanism. Further details on the complaints process are available by contacting our support team.
